Delivery Policy

 1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. Foursonline reserves the right to limit the ordering quantity and discontinue or change the specifications of  products from time to time without notice. If an item is not in stock , our delivery team will communicate to you and notify so that you can choose an alternative product or a refund.

2. Delivery Locations and Cost

We have specified areas we deliver and estimated delivery cost. If you select the delivery location as ‘Other’, delivery team will communicate with you and see the possibility of delivering it and update with the delivery charge

 

3. Delivery Time

We will ensure that with in 48hrs you will get your order. Our delivery team will do the best to deliver the orders which are placed before 2pm with in the same day. If any unusual delays, delivery team will communicate with you.  

4. Delivery Instructions

If any special delivery instructions you can specify under “Additional Instructions” when you place the order. Eg. You can appoint somebody to receive the order on behalf of you or you can mention that you will pick the order from the store.

 

6. Damaged, missing and wrong items in the order Items

Your delivery agent will help you to sort out If there are any damages, missing items or wrong items in your order.
